We are looking for a vibrant, self-motivated Digital Producer who will collaborate with clients to turn their ideas and requests into well-defined projects. You will seek to develop open, honest, and trusting relationships with our clients, understand their requirements, stealthily learn their real needs and pain points – and solve them.

You will keep the team excited and ensure things stay on track with the help and support of the developers, copywriters and designers. You will be a champion for the team, manage client expectations, and deliver projects from creation to fruition.

You will do all of this knowing you are entitled to a life free of work. We are not a 24/7 company.

• Facilitate the full project life cycle from sales to design, to development, to client handover and support, and everything in between
• Run daily stand-ups and make sure the team have everything they need to do their work
• Schedule and manage projects with the team, considering client expectations, technical requirements, and team workloads
• Ensure projects are completed to a high standard by having a keen eye for quality assurance and facilitating the client review process
• Communicate with clients around their enquiries and requests, and work to define and scope them with the support and knowledge of the team
• Provide basic technical support to clients with a focus on producing documentation and supporting them to be self-sufficient
• Help develop strategies, processes, and resources to improve studio operations by utilising big picture thinking and long-term planning

• Agency or freelancing experience is highly favoured, whether it be account management, customer support, design, or technical
• Interested in the web and can pick up technical details quickly; familiarity with WordPress/a background in tech is preferred

• A nerd (nerd-adjacent, or nerd allies accepted), and proud of it!
