WooCommerce online store – $2,673 ex GST
Online store with zone/table-based, flat rate or free shipping, clean checkout and payment processing. We recommend using Stripe for Payment Processing. Other payment processors are also available. We will import products from an existing export or based on the completion of a supplied excel sheet.

Optional additions

Xero plugin – $594 ex GST
Install and configure a Xero Plugin so that all invoices and orders will automatically be created in Xero when they are orders and paid.

Live filtering – $668 ex GST
Faceted search with live filtering makes it easier for customs to filter down product on browse pages.

PDF invoice and picklists – $297 ex GST
Install a PDF Invoicing and picklist plugin that will generate files for each order to make it easy to pick and ship orders.

Client credit applications – $371 ex GST
We can set up a web submission form for clients to apply for a wholesale account with an approval process.

Pricing levels – $594 ex GST
Set up wholesale pricing tiers and RRP display. By default, we will allow users to see and buy all product by RRP. When users log in, they will see their appropriate pricing, plus any special discounts.

Purchasing system integration
A one-way or bi-directional integration with your management, ERP and accounting systems. API or file imports and export integration can be used to update products, pricing, stock levels, customers and orders.

Membership & subscriptions

We use WooCommerce Memberships and Subscriptions to gives you a system that is easy for members to join and renew and admins to manage their subscribers.

Import membership CSV with their current memberships. We will send them a welcome email with new passwords and details on setting up their new subscription. From most websites, we can use a migration tool or export to import your current content.

Member email sync – $594 ex GST
Set up email sync with Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or CreateSend. hat pulls across all member details, including their membership status, product and ticket purchases.

Events & ticketing

Flexible events ticketing with multiple ticket types and custom fields for upsells and dietary options. Have complete control over attendee management, send email updates and have e-ticketing with barcodes.

For your events, we use WooCommerce Box Office. It allows any events to have member restrictions or discounts in addition to full fees.

Booking & appointments

Build a user-friendly online booking system that provides a clean, mobile-first solution. Users can find available booking slots and submit their details while working within your internal processes.

To achieve this, we will use the WooCommerce Bookings plugin, a flexible system that allows both users and admin to manage bookings with smart availability rules.

  • Create fixed time slots or set appointment lengths with an optional buffer.
  • Block time off as un-bookable and create buffers between bookings.
  • Set people, room or equipment resources to ensure availability.
  • Bookings can auto-update a Google calendar and make times unavailable on the website.
  • Customer email notifications for reminders and confirmations.
  • Confirm bookings right away or send to you for approval first.
  • Can be integrated with other systems using exports, webhooks and REST APIs.

We can set up SMS appointment reminders instead of/in addition to email using Twilio. Messages are 5.5c US per send.

Custom booking forms – $1190 ex GST
We can set up an online booking form after the timeslot is booked for users to complete before their appointment.
