An initial audit of the site along with the implementation of the key recommendations to put it in the best possible position in search results. Primarily looking at on-site optimisation and correct setup of SEO plugins.
Tracking and monitoring
Tracking and monitoring involves identifying your target keywords and tracking your performance against them over time and as you make improvements to the site.
We perform a one-off setup, followed by reporting and monitoring each month to ensure you are on track.
Keyword analysis
Analyse your site, goals and trends data to identify your core target keywords for optimisation and monitoring.
Search results tracking
Set up search results monitoring of your performance for the identified keywords.
Competitor analysis
Identify your online competitors based on your target keywords and position in the market. Set up comparative tracking and analyse their sites for and opportunities.
Ad conversion tracking
Report on conversion tracking and goals for key site activities including, directions and phone call link interactions. Includes setting up source attribution.
Form conversion tracking
Track form conversions, their value and source and create audiences for remarketing.
Performance tracking
Set up search console and track indexing and site performance.
External campaign tracking
Tag links to the site with UTM codes to allow them to be tracked.

Reporting
It is essential that you monitor your activity and performance. There are two options for the monthly reporting.
Monthly reporting – Lite – $24/mo ex GST
Automated monthly reports and an on-demand dashboard in our tracking platform for you to monitor your performance against all factors set up in tracking and monitoring. We can investigate, recommend or implement optimisations at your request.
Monthly reporting – Pro – $172/mo ex GST
The full dashboard and reporting from the lite plan along with a monthly pro-active analysis where we review the monthly reports provide planning and insights on the activities to undertake and areas of concerns and a 30-minute monthly catch up to discuss the performance and recommendations. Additional review and implementation time can be provided within a support block.
Ongoing optimisation
For many clients, the core optimisation plus tracking and monitoring keeps the site’s performance on track and steadily improving. We can provide further optimisation as required to improve your performance. This can include proactive link building and content generation along with developing further site content and features.
We will work with you to identify opportunities and these can be implemented by yourself in-house or by us as part of a support block.
